Responsibilities
- Analyze the accounting processes of each business module across various BG and the accounting standards/regulations of covered countries, then develop corresponding accounting policies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with BG and COE (Center of Excellence) teams at headquarters to understand business needs, and design agile, efficient solutions to support operational growth.
- Manage daily financial tasks related to international accounting (e.g., transaction recording, reconciliation) and take on additional overseas business-related duties assigned by the department head.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field. Required: Overseas accounting experience and familiarity with transnational financial support systems in international corporations (e.g., financial shared services centers in multinationals).
- Deep understanding of operational models in diversified enterprises, with extensive experience in accounting processes. Proven project management skills, capable of coordinating cross-team resources to achieve objectives.
- Proficient in written and reading English, with basic oral communication skills. Strong learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent written/verbal summarization skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, optimism, and responsibility; ability to thrive under pressure. Willingness to accept frequent business travel or long-term expatriation.
