10+ years of solid hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise networking, firewall administration, routing / switching, hybrid cloud connectivity and operational troubleshooting. Candidates with only high-level coordination, people-management, governance-only, project-management-only, or vendor-reliant experience should not be shortlisted for this role.

Strong written documentation and communication ability in English is required for SOPs, RCA, change notes, diagrams, audit evidence and stakeholder updates. Candidates with hands-on exposure to ENGIE-relevant enterprise technologies such as AWS, Azure, Zscaler, Okta, Crowd. Strike, Prisma Cloud, Fortinet, Service. Now, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Proofpoint, XSOAR, Nozomi, Wallix, SD-WAN, SASE/ZTNA, VPN, LAN/WAN, firewall, routing and switching will be strongly preferred.

Mandatory Experience Minimum 10 years of relevant hands-on technical experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and network operations. Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, routers, switches, VLANs, VPNs, WAN / LAN, internet connectivity and enterprise network services. Hands-on experience in AWS and Azure environments, preferably including cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, virtual machines, security rules and monitoring.

Experience supporting critical incidents, extended troubleshooting, major outage restoration, RCA preparation and preventive action closure. Experience maintaining infrastructure documentation, diagrams, SOPs, configuration records and change / incident evidence. Experience working with telecom providers, cloud partners, OEM support, managed service providers and internal cybersecurity / infrastructure teams.

Preferred / Advantageous Experience Experience in renewable energy, power sector, manufacturing, critical infrastructure, energy trading, utilities or multi-site industrial operations. Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, Zscaler, SD-WAN, SASE / ZTNA, VMware / Hyper-V, enterprise backup and infrastructure monitoring tools.

Experience with Service. Now / My. Portal or similar ITSM platforms for incident, request, change and asset management. Experience in cloud migration, office network transformation, data centre refresh, internet breakout redesign, firewall cleanup, VPN migration or critical system restoration projects. Have queries?
