Home Health: RN Visit Nurse (SW Metro)

The RN Visit Nurse is responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Position: RN Visit Nurse for Home Health RN Salary: $85,000-$87,000/year, depending on experience Service Area: Southwest metro. Plus, mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile. Schedule: 1.0 FTE, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm (RN: weekend, on-call and holiday rotation will apply)
