Job description
Our partner is looking for an AP Team Leader with financial experiences. TASKS: Ensure AP operations run smoothly during migration and BAU, meeting policy/regulatory requirements. Drive standardisation, best practices, and continuous improvement/efficiency projects. Lead and develop the team: staffing, onboarding, training, coaching, performance and talent reviews; ensure backup coverage.
Manage stakeholder relationships: handle escalations, run surveys, analyse feedback, and close improvement gaps. Own delivery: plan workload, hit KPIs/targets, maintain quality and audit compliance; support internal/external audits. Own/lead a strategic project and promote proactive, solution-oriented ways of working aligned to AP vision/mission.
Requirements
You have 5+ years’ relevant Finance experience, including 3+ years in an international SSC environment. You have strong leadership and stakeholder management; ability to influence, prioritise, and deliver on tight timelines. You have analytical and customer-focused, with strong facilitation and presentation skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
You have experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong MS Office skills; confident producing reports from data. You are fluent English; collaborative team player. AP experience is an advantage.
