Job Title: Early Childhood Special Education Teacher Pay Range: $50-60/hour Job Description: Up to $60+/hour | Windsor, CO | Part-Time | ECSE Teacher | August -December 2026 Position Details: Part-Time, Flexible School Hours LOA Coverage: August-December 2026 Support preschool-aged students (ages 3-5) with a variety of developmental and educational needs.

About the Role

Hello ECSE Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Teacher to support preschool students in Windsor, CO. This part-time opportunity is ideal for an educator who loves working with young learners and is passionate about helping children build strong foundations in communication, social-emotional development, early academics, and adaptive skills.

You'll collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized instruction and early intervention services that make a meaningful impact during these critical developmental years.
