- Participate in Neo. Xam software implementations at some of the world’s leading and most respected financial organizations
- Implement the software by carrying out Neo. Xam Datahub/IBOR software customization, workflow definition and optimization using Neo. Xam cutting edge technology platform
- Provide support in troubleshooting, and identifying and resolving any installation and implementation problems to the client’s satisfaction within established time frames
- Provide best practice guidance to clients by leveraging technical expertise,. Neo. Xam software knowledge and industry experience
- Ensure coordination and responsive follow-up to client needs and requirements, interfacing with the appropriate Neo. Xam departments and colleagues as needed
- Communicate Neo. Xam’s offerings to clients and identify new opportunities to grow client sales/services and better meet client needs
- Participate in client support efforts, Identify and resolve any installation and implementation problems to the client’s satisfaction
- Assist with presales initiatives as needed
- Continuously keep up to date with Neo. Xam Data. Hub and/or Neo. Xam IBOR functional and technical features and improvements 50% Additional Responsibility as Implementation Manager
- Manage the overall design and configuration activity by ensuring the team follows configuration / scripting / design guidelines
- Analyze the clients’ needs, accompany and coach their teams and/or take charge of the product, designing robust and rigorous solutions
- implementation, meet clients’ requests, manage the client relation and coordination of the project
- Provide project management leadership managing projects from start to finish
- Develop and conduct product training workshops for clients
- Provide presales consultancy by assisting the sales teams with presentations, Proof of Concept, implementation expertise, etc
- Ensure budget monitoring and defend the interests of Neo. Xam
- Ensure exemplary documentation
- To mentor and develop a team of consultants
- Structuring skills development and knowledge sharing YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience with financial software implementation and IT Projects in the banking / financial industry.
- Existing experience on Neo. Xam Datahub is an advantage or experience implementing fintech platforms like Calypso, Golden Source, Summit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of a development language (Java, C, C++…) or any scripting language is required to be capable of writing rules in scripting language
- Experience with RDBMS, Data Modeling, and SQL language
- Excellent understanding of market finance operations and data flows (providers, repositories, valuation chains)
- Keen sense of customer relations: active listening, persuasive skills, results oriented
- Natural manager: you know how to engage, develop and empower a team
- Rigour and high standards regarding documentary quality and project structuring
