We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance to join our Fund Accounting Team .

The area of business focuses on preparing and calculating accurate Net Asset Values (NAVs) across all funds in accordance with BNY standard operating procedures, providing services to all clients and ensuring that client concerns/requests are addressed as soon as possible and within an agreed timetable. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Performing the final check and review of fund valuation processes Monitoring the production schedule to ensure that valuations are completed accurately and in a timely manner Serving as the primary dedicated contact for the client on operational and servicing issues Ensuring client concerns/requests are addressed in a timely manner Ensuring BNY and client standard procedures and controls are being adhered to on a daily basis by all staff under management Creating, enhancing and communicating new procedures and processes to all relevant staff Communicating any significant operational issues that arise to a VP To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: At least 3 years of relevant experience Strong financial knowledge Very good English Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) Analytical skills and critical thinking Responsibility for your tasks, timeliness and reliability Experience in people management - preferred.

Exposure to data analytics, automation, or AI enabled tools (e.g., Alteryx or similar platforms), with the ability to leverage technology to enhance efficiency, controls, and insight within fund accounting operations. - preferred.
