Role Overview: Support daily operations of utility systems, ensuring reliable system performance, data flow, and communication between field devices and central platforms Key Responsibilities: Monitor system performance and ensure continuous operations Troubleshoot connectivity, data, and system issues Coordinate with IT, engineering, and field teams Maintain logs, reports, and operational documentation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field 4+ years in systems operations or similar environment Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
