📍 Medellín, Colombia | 🏠 Hybrid (1 day WFH) 🕒 Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Points High-volume quoting environment Exposure to Air, Ocean, and Inland freight Direct interaction with global teams Structured processes and KPIs What you’ll do Prepare freight quotations across Air, Ocean, and Inland Ensure same-day turnaround (Air) and 24h (Ocean when needed) Coordinate with carriers and vendors for rates Maintain accurate records in pricing systems Support sales teams and global stakeholders Prioritize workload based on urgency and complexity Escalate complex cases when required Requirements Must have: 1–3 years in freight pricing or logistics quoting Experience with Air, Ocean or Inland freight Intermediate Excel Strong attention to detail Advanced English Nice to have: Cargo.
