Summary: The Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting project delivery and business development initiatives under the guidance of Project/Engagement Directors and Managers. This position is essential to ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with client objectives. The Analyst contributes to the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects by managing key deliverables, maintaining rigorous documentation, and driving continuous improvement in project processes.

Additionally, the Analyst supports business development efforts by contributing to proposals and expressions of interest, helping Murty International Ltd secure new opportunities. The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong technical, organizational, and communication skills to deliver high-quality results across complex project environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine project delivery plans to align with client goals and project requirements. Establish and track KPIs and success metrics, ensuring project performance exceeds client expectations. Oversee project execution, including budget, schedule, quality assurance, client standards, and team responsibilities. Coordinate internal and external project team members to achieve project milestones and objectives.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and status reports. Facilitate project meetings and client engagements, ensuring clear communication and actionable outcomes. Prepare project reports, presentations, briefing notes, and formal correspondence. Develop and promote the use of standardized project tools, templates, and digital resources.

Provide technical inputs such as feasibility assessments, design reviews, cost estimates, market analysis, and transaction structuring. Lead the preparation and administration of tender and contract documents, including bid evaluation and contract management. Manage change control processes for contract documents, drawings, valuations, variations, change orders, and substitutions.

Contribute to business development by preparing expressions of interest and proposals.
