The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide parents and students through the admission process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle admission inquiries from parents and students Provide detailed information about school programs, curriculum, and facilities Conduct counselling sessions and campus tours for prospective parents Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrolment Maintain accurate admission records and follow-up data Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission operations Achieve admission targets and ensure excellent parent engagement Assist in promotional and outreach activities for admissions Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred Experience in Cambridge/IB school setup will be an added advantage Interested candidates can share their resumes at shilpa@educohire.
