As a Sr. Manager, Regulatory Strategy & Innovation, you will lead the development and execution of regulatory compliance strategy for Vancity’s digital banking initiatives, translating complex OSFI and FCAC requirements into scalable, technology-enabled solutions. You will partner across product, technology, operations, and business teams to embed compliance into a modern digital banking platform, while driving innovation through automation, AI, and regtech solutions.
This role is ideal for a strategic, forward-thinking compliance leader with deep regulatory expertise, digital banking experience, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a rapidly evolving environment.
