ECE Behavioral Specialist PT- Central YMCA Family Location

The Early Childhood Behavioral Support Coordinator provides direct behavioral support and consultation to Early Childhood Education (ECE) leadership, staff, and program participants to foster safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments for children ages 6 weeks through 5 years.

The coordinator works directly with classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children to address behavioral and social-emotional needs through observation, consultation, coaching, and intervention planning. This role partners with educators and families to implement developmentally appropriate strategies that promote positive behavior, strengthen classroom environments, and support children's overall growth and development.
