Job description
This role is responsible for keeping equipment running and materials moving across the plant. As the sole maintenance support, the position owns equipment reliability while also supporting production as a material handler during periods of low maintenance demand.
This is a hands-on, floor-based role requiring strong problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
