Job Description Demand Planner Demand Planning and Customer Collaboration Manager based in the HQ in Amsterdam, and Country Manager CZ & SK, as a dotted line.

Key responsibilities

To analyze internal sales data and to effectively plan future increases or decreases of product demands by clients Supporting and developing the demand planning process using forecasting tools and statistical modeling of sales history at a key account level Monitoring and evaluating sales/stock position provided by retailers Collecting and analyzing all available and relevant information to evaluate effectiveness of the planning process Preparing and leading local monthly Demand Review, Sales Review and Reconciliation Review meetings Participating in development of one consolidated view in cooperation with the regional team based in Amsterdam Supporting the business finding alternative options to overcome stock shortages (change of EPNs, reworks, re-stickering) Ensuring reconciliation support – reconciling the stock on a weekly/monthly basis Qualifications Required: Secondary School / University Degree Advanced English for daily communication Experience in FMCG demand planning 3 years as a minimum Knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, forecasting modelling, Power Query), SAP and JDA Programming languages are welcome (SQL, DAX) Personal characteristics: Very good communication skills to deal with al kinds of different stakeholders Very good analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented person Team player open to changes and challenges Reliable and hands-on approach to problem solving Location: Prague Location(s) Prague Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes .
