Content Creator, Bilingual (Community Pod)

Under general supervision, write and edit copy, build out webpages, produce emails, create social content (including videos), send SMS messages, and coordinate review for content on a variety of channels. Assist in the development and delivery of engaging digital content while ensuring consistent user journeys across platforms.

Respond sensitively to breaking news and rapidly developing conversations that can spread quickly (i.e., "go viral") on social media without warning. Perform other duties as required. This position plays a key role in executing the Aquarium's content strategy across all channels: email marketing, websites, social media, SMS, print publications, and multi-platform advertising campaigns.
