About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager (Product Implementation) with 2 to 5 years of experience managing end-to-end implementation and delivery projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product implementation/project delivery environments, with exposure to ERP implementations (preferably Oracle ERP) considered a strong advantage.
The role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines, while ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product implementation and delivery projects, ensuring timely and successful execution. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and ensure clear translation into deliverables. Track milestones, manage dependencies, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Handle change requests, scope management, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate UAT, support go-live activities, and ensure smooth post-implementation transition.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance standards. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to delivery excellence.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in product implementation or application delivery projects. Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle and delivery management. Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines effectively. Preferred / Good to Have: Experience in ERP implementation projects (Oracle ERP, SAP, or similar). Exposure to modules such as Finance, Procurement, HCM, or SCM is an added advantage.
Understanding of compliance, audit, or BFSI domain projects is a plus. PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Project Management certification is an added advantage.
