Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber - سبّاك to join our dynamic Repair & Maintenance Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of water supply, drainage, and waste systems, contributing directly to the comfort, safety, and functionality of our clients’ properties.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, valves, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Diagnose plumbing problems using technical knowledge and diagnostic tools such as pipe locators and pressure gasses.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide installation and repair work.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, provide solutions, and offer recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and repair outcomes.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools, pipe threading equipment, and other plumbing-specific tools and machinery.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls and service requests.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification in plumbing is required. - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in plumbing repair and installation within residential or commercial environments.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment, including pipe cutters, wrenches, soldering irons, and drain snakes.
• Strong understanding of local plumbing codes, safety protocols, and building regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple service calls.
