Responsibilities

Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing management of volunteers. Identify and implement development opportunities for team members and volunteers to enhance skills and engagement. Manage relationships with organizational partners, including communication, collaboration, and performance tracking. Contribute to the growth and sustainability of partnership initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
