If you’re a professional HGV Class 1 Driver looking for modern kit, well‑planned routes, and rewards that genuinely add up, this could be the role for you. 💷 What You’ll Earn £44,252 basic salary OTE up to £52,680 (shift premiums & incentives) Shift premiums : £10 per shift (starts 12:00–19:59) £15 per shift (starts 20:00–03:59) Weekend premiums : £1,030/year for Saturdays or Sundays £2,060/year for both Compensation paid after 11 hours Night out allowance Overtime available if you want extra shifts 🚚 The Role You’ll be driving modern vehicles, delivering for some of the UK’s best‑known brands: Delivering palletised goods to regional RDCs Collecting palletised stock from local and regional suppliers Regular trunking between Culina group sites Minimal handball Occasional nights out Shift pattern: 5 ON 3 OFF and 4ON 4OFF— giving you better work‑life balance.
