Workforce Management System Consultant (UKG / Dayforce)

Align HCM is looking for a Workforce Management System Consultant to support the implementation and configuration of Workforce Management (WFM) systems for North America clients. This role involves working with project teams and clients to gather requirements, configure systems, support testing, and assist during go-live.

The consultant will work across multiple implementation projects, provide functional guidance, troubleshoot system issues, and help deliver successful Workforce Management implementations using platforms such as UKG, Dayforce, ADP, and other WFM solutions.
