Maintenance Technician II - Paxton

Salary range: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour, plus potential bonus. Holland is seeking a motivated, service oriented professional to join our dynamic maintenance team at our lease-up community, Paxton, in Huntington Beach, California. The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to ensure all physical aspects of the property are maintained to meet company set standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
