Job Overview A facilities management company is seeking a Solid Waste Collection Supervisor to oversee daily waste collection operations and ensure efficient service delivery in accordance with health, safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise waste collection crews. Coordinate daily collection routes and schedules. Monitor vehicle and equipment utilisation. Ensure compliance with waste management procedures. Conduct site inspections. Prepare operational reports. Ensure safe working practices are followed. Coordinate with clients regarding service delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in solid waste collection or municipal waste management. Previous supervisory experience. Good knowledge of waste collection operations and HSE requirements. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Preferred Waste Management or Environmental qualification. Relevant HSE certification. Qatar Driving Licence.
