Operations & Maintenance Manager - Springfield, NH

The Operations & Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of operations, maintenance and plant support employees, in the safe and efficient operation of a biomass power plant and it’s auxiliary systems. Incumbent must demonstrate a “safety first” approach to all plant O&M activities and lead the effort to instill that culture with all facility personnel.

Incumbent must have the ability to lead others toward meeting or exceeding financial operational and performance goals within the power generation environment. Supports and facilitates successful client relations and management of financial and contractual matters. The Operations & Maintenance Manager must be a strong advocate for our environmental and safety goals and compliance.
