It is a key role in analyzing large-scale data, supporting advanced problem-solving and decision-making, and leading business growth. Candidates should possess expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data engineering, as well as the ability to understand business challenges and communicate findings clearly.

Curiosity for new technologies, a quick learning ability, and strong collaboration skills are also highly valued. Main Responsibilities : 1.Data Analysis & Model Development ・Design, build, and evaluate data analyses and machine learning models tailored to business challenges ・ Process and analyze data using Python, SQL, etc.

・ Visualize and clearly communicate analysis results to stakeholders 2.Data Utilization & Proposal ・Leverage diverse internal and external data sources to propose business improvements and new initiatives ・Create reports and dashboards to promote data-driven decision-making 3.Project Management & Collaboration ・ Lead data utilization projects in collaboration with other departments and team members Qualifications: ・Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field ・3–5 years of practical experience in data analysis, machine learning, or related fields ・Experience in data analysis and modeling using Python, SQL, etc.
