Job description
The Lead for Tool & Die is responsible for overseeing and directing tool and die employees to produce high-quality residential and commercial air conditioning and heating products. Leads the team to produce in an efficient manner with disruptive-free production, and safe work environment. The Tool & Die Makers are responsible for maintaining all tooling in the Plant.
