Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager this position provides operations administrative and coordinating support to the division. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as preventive maintenance records, safety records keeping, travel support, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining parts and supplies, and working on special projects.
