Job description
The Sr. Superintendent provides overall field leadership for large and complex industrial projects involving refractory, corrosion, rubber lining, and scaffolding services. This role is responsible for coordinating field execution, managing multiple crews, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards, and serving as the primary point of contact between field operations and project management.
The Sr. Superintendent drives operational excellence by mentoring Superintendents, Foremen, and craft personnel, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company and client expectations.
