Maintenance Technician II - Kiara

Salary range: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour, plus potential bonus. Signing bonus! Holland is seeking a motivated and service-oriented team player to join our property maintenance team at our high-rise community, Kiara, in downtown Seattle, Washington. The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to ensure all physical aspects of the property are maintained to meet company set standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
