Job Posting Title: Sr. Specialist, Promotion Partnerships, Integrated Marketing Req ID: 10156508 Job Description: Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain excellent relationships with promotion partners to maximize the promotion value for each movie. (30%) Negotiate promotion deal terms and media plans with promotion partners.

Support partner pitching including but not limited to campaign concept, strategies, marketing events, sponsorships, media resources, etc. Develop a strategic roadmap for key partnership that creates growth and mutual benefits. Work with legal/finance team to negotiate/ensure the terms and conditions in promotion/licensing contracts.

Develop a detailed movie tie-in creative solution and implement the promotion campaign strategies and plans efficiently and effectively. (30%) Manage movie tie-in promotion creatives including but not limited to movie themed licensed product, TVC, prints, POS, digitals, social and KOL engagements, etc. Day-to-day account management and coordination with partners and agencies to ensure prompt delivery and quality of assets/materials.

Align with studio marketing strategy for co-branded events and in-theater promotional activities. Compile a consolidated promotion campaign report following the movie's release. Partnership with global studio promotion team to develop a localized campaign for global key accounts. (15%) Manage global movie promotion partner on their local campaign materials.

Effective communication between local office and headquarters, ensure cohesive collaboration among all stakeholders. Cross LOB synergies for each promotion campaign. (15%) Balance business interests to drive synergies across departments for co-promotion activities Collaborate with key business departments within company and plan for future collaborations that align with evolving market trends and company objectives.

Purchase Order and Contract management. (10%) Day-to-day purchase order management Closely working with legal/finance/sourcing teams to negotiate/ensure the terms and conditions in contracts and manage existing vendors/agencies for Studio China team. Working Relationships Internal: Frequent communication with sales, finance, legal, regional office, global studio team, corporate alliance department, and consumer product department.

External: Promotion partners, Media/Creative agency, Ecommerce and digital platforms.

Requirements

College graduate Experience: At least 3-5 years’ experience in IP industry with a good partnership network. Core Skills: Good communication skills and strong inter-personal skills are essential. Speaks fluent English with computer proficiency in MS Office.
