The Recruiter will support full-cycle recruitment across Orthopaedic Solutions Management (OSM) and its division, partnering closely with operational and clinical leadership in a high-volume, multi-site healthcare environment. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across a variety of positions, including clinical support and administrative roles.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
