Job description
ACG_3647_JOB Our client, one of the leading companies in the professional services and business advisory industry, is seeking a qualified candidate for the following position. Audit Engagement Delivery & Quality Control Manage end-to-end audit engagements, including planning, execution, reporting, clearance, completion, and the finalization of audit documentation and working files.
Ensure all audit engagements are completed within the agreed timelines and in full compliance with applicable regulatory standards, professional requirements, and internal procedures. Client Management & Financial Oversight Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that client expectations, engagement requirements, and agreed deliverables are effectively managed and fulfilled.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the engagement team, maintaining clear communication and facilitating the timely resolution of engagement-related matters. Support the budgeting and financial management processes, including forecasting billings, monitoring engagement performance, and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments.
Team Leadership & Operational Management Assign roles and responsibilities to audit team members based on engagement requirements, individual capabilities, and workloads to ensure effective and efficient execution. Supervise, guide, and support team members while proactively addressing staffing needs, performance matters, and operational requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A minimum of five years of professional experience in the audit field. Proven experience in group and consolidated audits, together with a strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively guide and develop team members. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and fulfil professional commitments. Good to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
