Join a design-led Queensland studio known for refined, high-end multi-residential developments — working remotely alongside Australian Project Architects on real projects, from Concept Design through to Issued for Construction.
What You'll Do
● Produce high-quality Revit models and architectural documentation across all project phases, from Concept Design through Issued for Construction ● Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and legends ● Create and modify parametric Revit families ● Read, interpret, and coordinate consultant documentation across structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil, and fire services ● Identify coordination issues and proactively propose solutions ● Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Australian Project Architect ● Manage multiple projects and deadlines with excellent attention to detail ● Communicate clearly and professionally with the Australian team throughout Requirements ● Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit ● Experience creating and modifying parametric Revit families ● Strong experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows and model coordination.
● Minimum 3 years' experience working on Australian architectural projects ● Working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) ● Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Architectural Drafting (or equivalent recognised in the Philippines) ● Strong modelling and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail ● Strong written and spoken English communication skills Nice to Have ● Experience using AutoCAD ● Experience with Bluebeam Revu or Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM360/Forma) ● Experience documenting multi-residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects ● Knowledge of Australian Standards and local authority requirements for Brisbane and Gold Coast Benefits ● ₱65,000–75,000/month ● 13th month pay ● HMO coverage ● 15 annual leave + 5 sick leave + 20 PTO credits upon regularisation ● Comprehensive training ● 100% work from home ● Full-time, permanent position with an established Australian company ● Staff events ● Monday to Friday
