About the role:
As Senior Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our site and partner closely with our 3PL provider to run a first-class operation. This isn't just about managing processes - it’s about people.
You’ll be the driving force behind a vibrant, high-performing site culture, boosting team engagement while navigating a fast-paced environment. Your ultimate goal? Rallying the team to deliver an efficient, safe, and financially sharp operation.
What you’ll do:
- Shape the Site: Oversee our entire Production facility - including the warehouse and planning functions - with strategic oversight of our 3PL partner managing agency and hourly workforces.
- **Cultivate Excellence: **Champion a culture of continuous improvement across safety, quality, and cost efficiency within an agile, rapidly scaling operational environment.
- Align & Influence: Act as a key strategic partner to stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and aligning diverse interests to deliver business objectives.
- **Own the Numbers: **Drive site performance through critical metrics such as efficiency and error-reduction.
- **Connect Globally: **Collaborate with your peers to establish standardisation, share best practices, and build seamless operational consistency.
- **Build the Future: **Actively mentor, coach, and develop the team to build a strong talent pipeline and foster clear career progression.
**Own the Budget: Maintain full financial oversight of site expenditure, including invoice authorisation, with rigorous attention to detail and sharp numerical skills. **
What you’ll bring
