- EP+Co THE ROLE EP+Co is looking for a meticulous and versatile Graphic Artist who thrives on bringing creative visions to life with precision and flair. You'll be the backbone of our creative production, ensuring every design is flawless and ready for prime time, whether in print or digital. This role is perfect for someone who loves the challenge of perfecting details and ensuring that every pixel and ink drop aligns with the highest standards. You won't just be executing; you'll be an integral part of the creative journey, working closely with our concept and design teams to transform initial ideas into perfectly crafted deliverables.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Expertly edit layouts, manipulate images, and prepare pre-press/post files, ensuring designs are production-ready for all media. Build with Precision: Create flawless mechanical files, adhering strictly to specifications and brand guidelines. Collaborate & Contribute: Partner with account, concept, and design teams to understand the strategic vision and contribute to its meticulous execution.
Craft Compelling Presentations: Develop engaging presentation materials for new business pitches and client reviews. Optimize Workflow: Help shape an efficient workflow, mitigating risks and minimizing unnecessary rounds of edits. Master Digital Assets: Meticulously organize all files and maintain a consistent, efficient workflow for digital asset management.
WHO YOU ARE
You have an eagle eye for precision and a commitment to flawless execution. Brand Guardian: You can absorb and apply strict brand guidelines, even as they evolve, ensuring consistency across all deliverables. Proactive Problem-Solver: You take ownership of tasks from image search to file build, revision, and final release.
Agile & Efficient: You can turn around high-quality requests quickly and accurately to meet regional and client needs. Collaborative Spirit: You're a natural team player, eager to work alongside diverse creative minds. Adaptable: Amenable to potential flex or coverage hours to serve various client needs. QUALIFICATIONS 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Artist or in a studio design role.
Expert proficiency in Adobe In. Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Outlook. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (no coding experience necessary). Strong skills in Google Slides or PowerPoint for client presentation design. A portfolio that showcases your precision, technical skill, and ability to execute flawless design.
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
