Manager, Marketing & Customer Engagement (14-Month Contract)

The Manager, Marketing & Customer Engagement provides strategic oversight of the Prince Rupert Port Authority’s (PRPA) customer engagement, corporate marketing, and market development portfolios.  Reporting to the Director, Trade & Market Engagement, the Manager is accountable for advancing PRPA’s market visibility, deepening strategic customer relationships, and providing actionable data-driven intelligence regarding market development initiatives.

The role is responsible for executing marketing and customer relationship initiatives that position the Port of Prince Rupert as a leading gateway for global trade across all lines of business, including intermodal, bulk, liquid bulk, and cruise.
