Location: Kandukoor, Hyderabad Experience: 2+ years Notice Period: Max 15 days Curriculum: IB Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our Primary Years Programme (PYP) team at Kandukoor, Hyderabad. This role is integral to fostering a nurturing, inquiry-based learning environment for children in Nursery through Grade 1 within the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework. The ideal candidate will be committed to student-centered learning, collaborative teaching practices, and the holistic development of young learners. By creating engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences, this educator will play a key role in building a strong foundation for lifelong learning and curiosity.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver inquiry-driven, play-based learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary units of inquiry.

Assess student progress using formative and summative assessment strategies, and regularly communicate with parents. Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives. Support the implementation of the school’s values, policies, and student well being programs. com Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an early years setting, preferably within an IB school. Strong understanding of the IB PYP philosophy and curriculum framework. Proven ability to create child-centered, inquiry-based lesson plans.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Notice period of 15 days or less. Willingness to work in Kandukoor, Hyderabad.
