Job description
We are seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee departmental workflows, ensure strict quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives on the manufacturing floor. In this role, you will cross-train on key machinery while actively coaching team members, facilitating daily huddles, and managing visual performance metrics like SQDCM boards.
Acting as a bridge between the floor and management, you will champion Lean practices and step in to provide leadership in the absence of the supervisor.
