You will b e highly visible on the floor, engaging with prospects and members to ensure a world-class customer journey while m onitoring KPIs, analysing performance data, and making proactive decisions to drive sustainable growth. Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required . About you
As a Sales Manager we are looking for someone who : Extensive experience leading a Sales Team, ideally in the fitness, hospitality, luxury retail, or premium service sector. Strong leadership skills with excellent experience developing high-performing teams. A passion for all things health and fitness . Confidence using digital tools such as CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and spreadsheets.
