• Commercial: Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Senior Counsel serves as a key member of the legal team, providing strategic and transactional legal support to the commercial efforts of the company. You are primarily responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing agreements related to engineering, procurement, and construction of utility-scale energy storage projects across the United States.
