What you will be doing Drive and continuously improve the program governance framework in collaboration with key stakeholders Own and manage the integrated program delivery plan, ensuring milestones and objectives are achieved across all locations Monitor program financials, including budget tracking, variance analysis, and identification of cost optimization opportunities Ensure alignment and effective dependency management across multiple business and technology workstreams Plan and manage resource requirements across internal teams and external partners to support successful delivery Coordinate vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery within scope, budget, and timelines Define program scope, objectives, and delivery expectations together with senior business and IT stakeholders Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and alignment across multiple countries, functions, and delivery teams Ensure all program activities comply with organizational quality standards, policies, processes, and HSE requirements Support the successful delivery of strategic digital transformation initiatives focused on asset management, maintenance excellence, and operational efficiency Requirements What Makes You a Great Fit: University or college degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) Fluency in English, both written and spoken 10+ years of experience in IT/Digital project or program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives Strong experience with Agile ways of working (e.
g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivering in agile or hybrid environments Solid understanding of IT service delivery models in multinational organizations, enterprise environments, or shared service centers Experience managing global programs with stakeholders across countries and cultures Strong knowledge of digital program management, governance models, resource planning, and budget management Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior business and IT leaders Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional delivery teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment Nice to have: Experience delivering IT/Digital solutions in manufacturing, production, or heavy industry environments Knowledge of Maintenance, Reliability, or Asset Management processes Experience connecting Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) solutions Understanding of shop floor-related digital transformation initiatives Personal Strengths: Strongly result-oriented with the ability to drive delivery in a complex environment Structured and analytical, with a proactive approach to solving challenges Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders at different levels Able to work independently, take ownership, and make sound decisions A strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills and cultural awareness Benefits Benefits and Opportunities: Working at the world’s only fully integrated aluminum and leading renewable energy company Diverse, global teams Flexible work environment/home office (hybrid) We provide you the freedom to be creative and to learn from experts Possibility to grow with the company Attractive benefit package Why apply through us?
