Manager of Discipleship & Member Engagement - St. Clement - Chicago - Vicariate II

The Manager of Discipleship & Engagement is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and growth of parish engagement and evangelization efforts at Saint Clement Parish, with a particular focus on young adults, adults in their 30s, and young families. Working collaboratively with the Director of Evangelization & Discipleship, clergy, staff, and volunteer leaders, this role helps create pathways for parishioners and visitors to move from initial connection and belonging into deeper participation in parish life, discipleship, leadership, and service.
