SUMMARY Develops, coordinates, and monitors work assignments, of associates that relate to safety, quality, delivery and cost in assigned area to meet production goals. Maintain and increase production output, while increasing productivity using Lean Manufacturing techniques. Documents, tracks, and communicates SQDC goals in daily production/management meetings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ability to use Kewaunee’s scheduling system paperwork to identify the parts and/or assemblies required to fill customer orders.• Maintains any parts and supplies related to their area of responsibility.• Receives and answers questions from associates pertaining to production processes or
