Job description
Will be incharge of the Shop Inventory,that is receiving & Despatching of goods. Will check all goods that comes from Nadi Warehouse with Transfers sent. Will Receive all Shipment done from any branch after checking physically with Transfers Will organize Delivery for Salesman and get assistance from Shop Assistance in accordance to LPO Will check all goods & invoices /Delivery before it leaves the shop.
Any Extra /short supply of goods to Customers I will be responsible & answerable to it. Will be working with other Branches Floor Managers in getting your Customers orders picked up from whichever retail outlet they wish to pick goods from but will make sure that all paperwork is done and filed accordingly. Will ensure that I prepare transfers in accordance with goods sent to any branch.
To prepare Memo for Local Orders Request signed by Branch Manager before sending to HQ for approval To receive goods supplied by Local Suppliers and enter all stocks in the system as per invoice To send all Local Suppliers Invoice to HQ before 25th of every month and any invoice received afterwards to be send to HQ before the 5th of the next month.
These has to be accompanied by Customers Supporting Invoices. To note all samples given out in the delivery book and not any exercise book. To see that samples are returned back to stock within S working days or if customers wish to buy, Order has to be invoiced within 5working days. To check all goods that is returned by the customers that it is accompanied with original invoices and in good condition in accordance to our Credit/Refund Policy.
To prepare a summary of all returns & send to Auditors & Accounts Department as when Credit Note is done and not wait for Month End. Will see that all goods given out on deliveries to Corporate Customers are invoiced by Month end. Ensure that Orders come before month End. Will Ensure that branch stock is healthy at all times.
Any overseas order request should be sent & liaised directly with inventory Head. If any day I am absent from work, I will make sure that all pending paperwork is updated in the system. In Case of Goods return after 7days -please liasc with HQ before accepting goods back. For Cash Buying
