Overview

The Corporate Account Sales Manager will focus on business development initiatives and support existing Axchem activities through business collaboration, sales execution, and customer engagement to earn opportunities and loyalty for Axchem at all levels of the customer organization. This role will collaborate closely with sales, technical, customer support, supply chain, and other teams to execute business development initiatives and support existing Axchem activities.

Responsibilities

Earn interest and loyalty from customers, resulting in more and larger opportunities for Axchem’s teams and solutions, longer business relationships, and, ultimately, sales growth Increase the number of customer sites and corporate departments Axchem engages with and builds interest and trust through effective, proactive communication Lead a process to prioritize applications by customer site by engaging the AxTION Team and local sales management to ensure execution excellence by local sales teams.

The CAS provides commercial leadership and aligns execution with sales teams to drive growth Participates and is responsible for the execution of: Organizing Axchem resources in support of customer needs to exceed expectations Tactical planning for the strategy execution in the assigned customer organizations Commercial strategy for maximizing Axchem advantages, determining the best fit for each customer situation Qualifications EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree

  • In Science or an equivalent field experience is required. EXPERIENCE: Sales and profitability performance track record within managed accounts. Building a tactical plan and following through, delivering outstanding results through others Leading by influence, ensuring local sales teams execute the strategy and plan excellently without a direct leadership position Demonstrated record of influence management across multiple decision-makers.
