Providing strategic human resources expertise to support a growing public relations agency, this role focuses on standardising and elevating core internal HR frameworks. Working in a fully remote capacity, the position plays a central part in building structure across the employee lifecycle while driving organizational alignment and performance management.
The opportunity centers on establishing robust employment documentation, formalising performance review mechanisms, and embedding career development frameworks across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Standardise employee contracts, onboarding procedures, team development guidelines, and leave documentation. Establish team member Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align individual outputs with organizational objectives. Formulate personal growth and individual training plans for employees. Manage and guide internal labour processes to ensure compliance and fair workplace practices.
Structure and implement the annual performance review process across the agency.
Requirements
Proven track record in human resources consulting or advisory within professional services environments. Hands-on experience in drafting contracts, setting KPIs, executing labour processes, and establishing performance review procedures. Capability to operate independently and deliver results within a fully remote setup.
