Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist addresses the functional needs of a child related to the performance of self-help skills or to adaptive development, and to adaptive behavior and play, and sensory, motor and postural development. Completes eligibility evaluations on children with developmental concerns and provides early intervention services, as a team member, to families with children who qualify for the program.   Examples of services Expected may include (These are examples, not all inclusive, and all services may not be provided by an individual employee.):
