• FIELD FOREMAN Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgical with knowledge of NDT (UT / ECT Level II) covering Inspection & Manages Inspectors, maintains equipment readiness, oversees reporting in MES systems, supports audits & customer witness. STEEL BILLET INSPECTOR Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgical focusing on the inspection and verification of all incoming raw materials such as bars, and hollows. PIPE INSPECTOR (UT) Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgical with valid NDT Level II (UT) certification engages in conducting ultrasonic testing (UT) on stainless steel and nickel alloy seamless pipes and tubes VISUAL TUBE INSPECTOR Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgical focusing on Visual Inspection, Dimensional Inspection, Positive Material Identification to ensure products meet intl. standards, etc. WARRANTY ANALYSIS (TESTING TECHNICIAN) Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Chemical Technology, Proficiency in MS Office, responsible for conducting laboratory material tests on prepared specimens and ensure compliance with ASTM, ASME, ISO, etc. MECHANICAL FOREMAN (FACILITY MAINTENANCE) ITI, responsible for daily inspection and maintenance of mechanical equipment, etc. MECHANICAL FOREMAN (BOILER / UTILITY MAINTENANCE) ITI, responsible for operation, inspection, and maintenance of the facility’s boilers, chillers, compressors, pumps, conveyors, and water treatment systems, etc. CRANE OPERATOR Certified crane operator license DRAWING OPERATOR ITI, Operate the cold drawing machine to reduce the tube’s OD/ID according to drawing specifications. PILGERING OPERATOR Operate pilger mill / Cold rolling machine and monitor performance to reduce tube OD and WT HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE OPERATOR HSC/ITI, Operate and monitor heat treatment furnaces to process pipes and components. Load and unload pipes/components safely into/out of furnaces. STRAIGHTENING MACHINE OPERATOR Operate the straightening machine to correct pipe shape and dimensions after extrusion, checking sizes and equipment conditions. CUTTING MACHINE OPERATOR Operate the cutting machine for pipes according to production schedule. PICKLING TANKS OPERATOR HSC/ITI, Operate pickling tanks to clean pipes using chemical solutions, removing scale and oxides FACING MACHINE OPERATOR Operate the facing machine to cut and finish pipe ends, ensuring smooth surfaces and correct dimensions PACKING TECHNICIAN Operate packing station to bundle finished pipes using overhead crane and strap machine. WWT / BOILER / MAIN POND OPERATOR HSC/ITI, Operate and monitor the wastewater treatment system.
