VP-CST Mental Health Practitioner

At a beginning level of skill, using a multi-disciplinary, multi-service, and systemic approach, provides a range of office, community, and home-based services to adult clients impacted by community violence and related behavioral health needs under the VP-CST (Violence Prevention – Community Support Team) model. Works collaboratively with diverse staff and service populations.

Ensures fidelity to the VP-CST model, including maintaining a maximum 18:1 client-to-staff ratio to support intensive, individualized engagement.
