Summary: The Product Associate plays a critical role in strengthening the product team’s operational efficiency and cross-functional alignment. This individual will take ownership of essential research, data tracking, and coordination tasks that bridge product, sales, customer experience (CX), and marketing teams. By streamlining communication and improving performance monitoring systems, the Product Associate enables the Senior Product Manager to focus on strategic roadmap execution and high-impact business initiatives.
This role is instrumental in restoring the team’s full operational capacity and ensuring data-driven decision-making across key product functions.
Responsibilities
Conduct research and compile insights to support product decisions and roadmap planning Track and analyze product performance metrics and user satisfaction indicators Serve as a liaison between product, sales, CX, and marketing teams to reduce coordination gaps Maintain and update documentation, dashboards, and operational workflows Support the Senior PM with project tracking, meeting coordination, and execution follow-ups Identify and escalate operational bottlenecks to ensure timely resolution
